Training Delivery & Quality Assurance Leader

Tarmac is seeking a Training Delivery Manager to lead the accredited centre’s training delivery, quality assurance and governance across the UK. You will manage trainers and assessors, collaborate with awarding organisations and drive improvements to learner outcomes.

You will oversee large-scale vocational delivery, maintain audit readiness and develop a culture of accountability and high performance across a team of professionals.
