Chief Executive Officer

Seeking a Group CEO for a specialist manufacturing business headquartered in Yorkshire. With current revenues of c. £40m, it is profitable and growing. It employs around 300 people across 3 UK sites.

Customers span various sectors including automotive, defence and medical.

The new CEO will build on this strong foundation, and will help the business fine-tune it’s operations and grow its customer base, with the support of a loyal team and high calibre independent Chairman.

The ideal candidate will have –

• Broad experience in a precision engineering environment, covering operations and business development;
• Worked with a similar customer base;
• Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills.
