Night Shift Production Lead – Own the Night, 3 Days Off

Select Appointments is recruiting a Night Shift Process Supervisor to lead a busy manufacturing team in Brandon, Suffolk. You’ll oversee night operations, drive production targets, and ensure health and safety, quality and housekeeping standards are met.

You will coach and develop staff, manage handovers with day shifts, handle issues promptly, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Monday-Thursday nights with three consecutive days off each week offer a structured schedule.
