Independent Living Support Worker

Lifeways is seeking a Full-time Support Worker to help residents at Albert Road in Retford live more independently. You will work with a warm, caring team to support daily living skills and personal goals in a community setting.

Shifts include 7:00am-2:30pm, 2:30pm-10:00pm, and sleep-in shifts. No formal qualifications are required—just the right mindset, reliability and a genuine desire to help others.
