IT Support Engineer – 1st/2nd Line (Microsoft 365)

Identify Solutions is seeking an IT Support Engineer in St Athan, South Wales, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will provide day-to-day IT support across a busy environment, resolving issues, managing tickets and ensuring systems stay operational.

The role covers 1st/2nd line support, strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, Windows and networking basics, plus excellent troubleshooting and customer service. Desirable Azure experience and certifications are a plus.
