Compassionate Community Support Worker – Live Independently

Spectrum Care is seeking a Casual Community Support Worker – Residential in West Auckland. You will assist adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities to live great lives, supporting daily living, community participation and daily activities.

The role requires empathy, reliability and energy to stay engaged with clients. You will work within a supportive team and help promote independence, safety and meaningful activities.
