Trauma‑Informed Youth Housing Support Worker

YMCA DownsLink Group in Eastbourne is recruiting for a part-time, permanent role working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am–5pm. The position is based at our Eastbourne office with weekly visits to 7 properties around Eastbourne.

You will support young people through housing and tenancy sustainment, manage compliance and rent-related issues using restorative approaches, and maintain client records in In-Form. An inclusive, safeguarding-focused approach is essential.
