Assistant Chef – Nutritious, Resident-Focused Catering

Renaissance Care Limited is seeking an Assistant Chef to join the teams at Glencairn and Letham Park on a bank contract. You will work alongside the Head Chef to prepare nutritious meals tailored to residents’ dietary needs and preferences in a hospitality-style catering environment.

Contribute to seasonal menu development and engage with residents to provide a personal dining experience, while maintaining COSHH and HACCP hygiene standards and flexible shift coverage.
