Vehicle Sales Executive — Uncapped OTE + Company Vehicle | Mon–Fri

Silcom Recruitment are seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Executive on behalf of an established motor trade dealership group. You will join a focused team with Monday to Friday hours and no Sundays, and benefit from a strong basic salary plus uncapped on-target earnings and a company vehicle.

You’ll be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles, developing business, upselling add-ons, and ensuring all paperwork and processes are completed accurately.
