EYFS Teaching Assistant — Reception & Phonics

Aspire People are supporting a lovely school in Sutton Coldfield by recruiting a confident Teaching Assistant with EYFS experience to work in Reception.

The role requires strong EYFS knowledge, confidence with phonics, and recent primary school experience. It is a full-time position starting ASAP.

Level 3+ TA qualification, SEND one-to-one experience, and knowledge of KS1 curriculum are desirable traits for success. The school values proactive, dedicated support in the early years.
