Support Worker — Empower Independence in Adult Care

Lifeways Group at Unity House in Peterlee, County Durham, is recruiting permanent care staff for a 21-bed residential home providing housing for adults 18 and over with intellectual disabilities, and sometimes co-occurring mental health or physical impairments.

The role focuses on day-to-day personal care, promoting independence, and delivering person-centred support within a supportive team. Full induction and on-site training are provided; sponsorship is not offered.
