Patient Care Advisor – Flexible Hours & Vision Care

Optical Express in Birmingham is seeking a Patient Advisor to be the first point of contact for patients pursuing laser eye and cataract procedures. You will build relationships, coordinate consultations and treatment scheduling, and guide patients through pre- and post-care communications.
