Youth Support Worker: Build Independence & Futures

Gloucestershire County Council is seeking empathetic Support Workers to join a new housing service for 16–25-year-olds in Stroud, offering practical and emotional support to help young people gain independence.

You will build positive relationships, support budgeting, routine, education and health, and work with safeguarding and multi-agency partners to secure positive outcomes.

The post requires DBS clearance and is subject to a Genuine Occupational Requirement for applicants aged 21 or over.
