Lidl US is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in our UK store network. You will support the Store Manager, coach the team, and help deliver Lidl’s high-quality, low-price shopping experience. You will lead by example in daily operations, safety, and customer service.

You will drive store KPIs, manage promotions, and oversee cash handling, stock, and merchandising while ensuring a positive, productive environment for staff.
