Assistant Retail Store Manager – Premium Travel Store

Virgin Atlantic Holidays is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager for our Battersea Power Station flagship store in London. You will work closely with the Retail Store Manager to create a welcoming, high-energy store environment, lead by example and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will coach Retail Advisors, maintain standards, manage shifts and ensure compliance, while driving sales and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
