Senior Etch Process Development Engineer – Semiconductors

IC Resources is recruiting a Staff Etch Process Development Engineer to develop, optimise, and support dry and wet etch processes for III-V semiconductor and photonic devices. You will drive process improvements, NPI, yield enhancement and manufacturing efficiency in a semiconductor fab.

The role requires strong SPC, DOE, Six Sigma, Lean knowledge, data analysis, and experience with process scale-up, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration.
