School Catering Manager: Lead Food & Service Excellence

Chartwells is recruiting an experienced Catering Manager to oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations at our Newport site. The role is 40 hours per week, full-time, contracted for 44 weeks per year, with days Monday to Friday.

You will lead kitchen and service teams, drive food quality and customer service, manage inventories and budgets, report KPIs to your line manager, and champion health and safety standards while upskilling your team.
