Culina Group’s iForce Bardon site in Leicestershire is hiring a Warehouse Shift Supervisor to lead operations on a Monday to Friday shift, 37.5 hours, with start times 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00. The role focuses on delivering service and performance standards in a fast-paced logistics environment.
You will supervise teams, coach Team Leaders, manage stock accuracy across two sites, monitor KPIs, drive safety, and deputise for the Warehouse Manager when needed.
