Community Support Worker (Autism & PDA) – Weekend Shifts

FREEDOM CARE is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist a young adult with autism and a PDA profile in the Portsmouth area. The role focuses on building independence, safe travel, and meaningful activities within the community.

Shifts occur Fridays to Sundays (and possibly additional days). The position offers weekend availability, travel compensation, and full role-specific training in a supportive, values-driven team.
