Fitness & Wellbeing Manager — Lead Programs & Revenue

Nuffield Health Reading is seeking a Fitness and Wellbeing Manager to lead our gym team, shape the class timetable, and drive high standards across services.

You’ll bring REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA, experience managing staff, and a track record of increasing personal training revenue while designing effective fitness programmes.
