Legal Float PA – Flexible, Multi-Dept Support (6-month)

Charalle Legal is seeking an experienced Legal PA to act as a professional float across all departments of this high-profile US law firm. The role starts on a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension, and requires flexibility to move between departments as priorities shift.

Duties include organising diaries, arranging meetings, handling document work, opening and closing client files, and performing ad hoc tasks.
