Strategic Senior Buyer – Lighting & Supply Chain Lead

Nelson Recruitment Services is seeking a Senior Buyer in Redditch to join a client procurement team. You will lead sourcing, procurement and supplier management with a focus on lighting, while enabling cost, quality and service balance across the supply chain.

The role supports the Procurement Manager in delivering strategic procurement plans, develops category strategies, negotiates terms, and reports procurement performance. In-person, permanent position with typical 37.5 hours per week.
