Senior Development Engineer Residential Infra Car Allowance

Bimplus, Ellesmere Port, is seeking an experienced Development Engineer to join our Technical team. You will oversee the design, coordination and delivery of infrastructure across residential developments in the Northern Region, ensuring technical standards and budgets are met.

Key duties include coordinating highways, drainage, utilities, and landscaping; managing external consultants; and guiding Section 38/104 adoption processes with local authorities.
