Refuse Loaders
to join a busy waste and recycling operation in Maidstone.The Role
You will work as part of a refuse collection crew, helping to collect waste from residential and commercial properties.Duties will include:Loading bins onto the refuse collection vehicleWorking as part of a team with the driver and other loadersCollecting and emptying waste binsFollowing designated collection routesWorking safely and following site proceduresMaintaining good standards of health and safetyManual handling throughout the shiftRequirements
Previous refuse/waste experience is preferred but not essentialPhysically fit due to the manual nature of the roleReliable and punctualComfortable working outdoors in all weather conditionsGood team-working skillsGood understanding of health and safetyWhats on Offer
