Pastoral Support Worker: Nurture Student Wellbeing

Milk Education is seeking caring, resilient Pastoral Support Workers to work across South Manchester from September. You will support pupils with emotional wellbeing and engagement, building relationships to help them feel safe and able to participate in learning.

Roles welcome experienced Pastoral Workers, Behaviour Mentors, Teaching Assistants and Youth Workers. You will collaborate with school staff to provide targeted interventions and ongoing support.
