Compassionate Day Support Worker — Part-Time

Shaw Healthcare is hiring a Support Worker at Victoria House in Rushden. This part-time role is 18 hours per week with a mix of shifts (07:45-14:15, 13:45-20:15, and 07:00-20:15 on some days). No previous experience required; focus on compassionate care and supporting residents.

You will provide person-centred care, assist with daily activities, and document care as part of a friendly team. Full training and ongoing development are provided.
