Enterprise Talent & Performance Lead (Interim)

LHH in London is seeking an Interim Talent Manager on a 4‑month contract with hybrid working. You will lead enterprise‑wide performance and talent initiatives, partnering with senior leaders to drive credible, usable frameworks in a regulated environment.

You will design and embed performance management, succession planning and talent reviews, while guiding executives on readiness, bench strength and risk across senior populations.
