Income Finance Partner – Hybrid (Charity)

The Donkey Sanctuary in East Devon is seeking an Assistant Finance Business Partner to support income performance analysis and financial reporting. This role will help transition to a new finance system and maintain strong relationships with income generation managers across the sanctuary.

We’re looking for someone with extensive experience in analysis of large financial datasets, advanced Excel skills (pivot tables), and a track record in management accounting.
