Global AR Manager — Shared Services Finance

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty seeks a Finance Shared Services Accounts Receivable Manager to join the Group Finance team in a newly created shared services function. You will oversee invoice creation, collections, and reporting, while leading the AR team to ensure accurate postings and timely customer payments.

You will collaborate with commercial, supply chain and insurance teams, drive process improvements, and maintain compliance with policies and regulations in a luxury FMCG environment.
