Customer Service Advisor – Fast-Paced Contact Centre

Activate Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Contact Centre in Halifax. You will be the first point of contact for customers, log accident reports, handle queries, liaise with partner companies, and use bespoke software to record accurate information.

We offer a 37.5 hour week with 3:30pm–12:00am shifts, 1 in 2 Saturdays/Sundays, and a permanent contract. Activate Group values its people and provides development opportunities within a growing UK business of 1,000+ staff.
