Cluster Manager: Lead Two Registered Care Services

The Kent Autistic Trust is seeking a Cluster Manager to lead two registered services within the Ashford catchment area. You will work closely with the Head of Operations to drive quality, regulatory compliance, safeguarding and continuous improvement across the cluster.

This is not a desk-based role; you will be visible in services, support staff, and foster strong partnerships with families and professionals while modelling the Trust’s values across two sites in Ashford.
