Job Description Enjoy a Plumber role covering the Berkshire area, paying £23 per hour + company van and fuel , with the opportunity to go permanent after 16 weeks on a salary of £36,000–£38,000 .n nThis is a fast-paced reactive repairs role working across occupied social housing properties , so you’ll need to be comfortable managing a busy workload and dealing professionally with residents. You’ll be working on housing association properties , with jobs ranging from quick tap changes through to full bathroom works.n nI’d love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Plumber, Maintenance Plumber or Domestic Plumber .n As a Plumber, you will be: n n n Completing reactive plumbing repairs across occupied homes. n Carrying out everything from tap changes and minor repairs through to full bathroom works. n Completing associated multi-trade repairs where required. n Working across housing association properties. n Managing a fast-paced workload and responding to changing priorities. n Working professionally with tenants and minimising disruption. n Completing jobs safely, efficiently and to a high standard. n Keeping work areas clean and tidy. n Completing relevant job sheets and paperwork. n I’d love to speak to anyone who has: n n n Strong plumbing experience. n Social housing experience is preferred, but similar domestic maintenance experience will be considered. n Experience working in occupied properties. n A background in reactive repairs and maintenance. n The ability to work quickly and independently. n A professional and customer-focused approach. n A full UK driving licence with 6 points or fewer . n A DBS – if you don’t currently have one, this can be arranged. n Availability to start quickly. n The role is offering: n n n £23 per hour n Company van + fuel n 40 hours per week n Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with 1-hour break n No standard overtime or call-out requirement n Temp-to-perm opportunity after 16 weeks n £36,000–£38,000 permanent salary n Long-term work across established housing association contracts n Location & travel Based around Berkshire , covering SNG and Aster housing association properties across the surrounding area.n nInterviews Interviews are being held Wednesday via Microsoft Teams. n nInterested?
