SEN Skills Coach: Supported Internship & Workplace Mentoring

Red 5 People Ltd in Northampton is recruiting Skills Coaches for a supported internship programme, helping young people aged around 16-21 with autism, learning disabilities and other additional needs move from education into the world of work.

You’ll typically support a small group of around 3–4 learners, working both in the centre and at employer placements, guiding them to understand their roles, routines and responsibilities, and progress toward paid employment.
