HR Lead for Engineering & Projects

NRL Recruitment seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function from our Teesside office. This hands-on role focuses on employee relations, engagement, and robust policies to support future growth within an engineering and project-delivery environment.

You will manage the HR team, partner with site leaders on workforce planning, ensure compliance with UK employment law, and drive culture, retention, and HSQE-related people matters across multiple projects.
