Investment Executive: Mid-Market Growth & Partnerships

PER is seeking an Investment Executive to join its London team. The role spans the full investment cycle from origination and execution through to portfolio management and exit, working closely with Partners and management teams to drive value across mid-market opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have associate-level experience in mid-market investment banking or private equity, strong financial modelling skills, and a collaborative, low-ego approach with a long-term partner investing mindset.
