Lead Shift Supervisor — Inspire Teams & Serve Guests

Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager in the United Kingdom to lead the shop in the Manager’s absence, motivate the team and ensure customers receive an excellent service experience across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru.

You will oversee opening and closing, ensure products are prepared fresh, displays are stocked, and the shop stays clean and welcoming, with a focus on inclusivity and supporting colleagues to perform their best.
