Uptime & Maintenance Engineer – SMT/PCB Equipment

TechPoint Group in the UK seeks a Maintenance Equipment Engineer to lead maintenance and repair of critical production equipment across SMT lines. You will work hands-on on reflow ovens, pick & place, AOI, and coating systems, fault-finding electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and control systems.

You will develop maintenance schedules, supervise contractors, manage spares, and drive uptime to achieve world-class OEE. Strong IT and safety background required; occasional site travel may be involved.
