Facilities Training & Compliance Officer

North Ayrshire Council is seeking a motivated Training & Compliance Officer to support Facilities Management services in delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality operations. You will work with catering, cleaning and janitorial teams to ensure compliance with legislation, policies and best practice while promoting continuous improvement.

The role requires experience in training, health and safety, or operational support; driving is a requirement.
