Задачи

• Develop knowledge of the platform across business, applications, data, and infrastructure disciplines
• Liaise with principal engineers, domain architects, and stakeholders to understand the platform and how it supports business objectives
• Apply Agile methods to develop software from the backlog
• Produce resilient, long-lived software and adapt it to future needs
• Deliver intentional architecture and develop emergent designs through ideas, experimentation, and prototyping
• Design and develop software with a focus on automating build, test, and deployment activities using executable patterns
• Design, produce, test, and implement working software across the system lifecycle
• Coach and mentor other engineers, supporting the wider team’s growth and capability

Требования

• Strong experience building robust, resilient, defensively coded distributed systems
• Experience with event-driven architectures, including orchestrated and choreographed approaches
• Experience operating distributed, cloud-native environments with complex failure modes
• Experience working effectively in autonomous, empowered teams aligned with product outcomes
• Skills in Kafka, Java/Spring Boot microservices, resilient service design patterns, and continuous deployment practices
