Youth Home Manager – Residential Care Lead

Priory is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead The Lighthouse, a 5-bed residential home in Stroud for young females aged 13–18 with mental health needs.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure Ofsted compliance, and develop a high-performing team while safeguarding and delivering trauma-informed care.
