Residential Care Home Manager – Lead Care & Compliance

Optalis is recruiting a Registered Manager for Suffolk Lodge in Wokingham. You will oversee leadership, quality, compliance and financial performance of the 37-bed residential care home, ensuring safe, person-centred support and strong regulatory adherence.

You will report to the Director of Nursing and lead a dedicated team to deliver excellent care and maintain a Good or above CQC rating.
