AECOM is seeking a Technical Director / Associate Director in Ground Engineering based in the UK with hybrid work options. You will lead the technical development of the Ground Engineering team, strengthen capabilities, and drive business growth through client relationships.

You’ll oversee geotechnical data and designs, mentor junior engineers, collaborate across transport, water, energy and buildings teams, and help win projects with strong technical leadership and delivery excellence.
