Customer Services Apprentice — 12-Month Public Sector Start

North Ayrshire Council in Irvine is seeking a Modern Apprentice in Customer Services to join the busy Contact Centre in Cunninghame House. You will be the first point of contact for both internal colleagues and the public, helping to resolve a wide range of enquiries by phone and email.

You’ll build communication, problem solving and administrative skills while supporting the team in creating and updating documents and handling information in various systems.
