Independent Living Manager: Lead Housing Support Team

The Guinness Partnership is seeking an Independent Living Manager to oversee housing support services for older people in Havant and across the Hampshire area. You will lead a team of Independent Living Advisors, ensuring a high-quality, person-centred service that meets residents’ needs.

You will monitor performance against KPIs, produce monthly progress reports, and develop your team to reflect our service standards. Travel between schemes and effective stakeholder engagement will be essential.
