Senior EU Category Manager — Beauty, Growth & NPD (Hybrid)

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Senior Category Manager to lead the EU product marketing strategy across Colour, Complexion, Skincare and Fragrance. You will translate global brand strategy into regional priorities, drive portfolio growth, and oversee two Category Managers with support from a shared Category Analyst.

You will collaborate with Go-To-Market, VM, Sales, and NPD teams to align with regional opportunities, ensuring strong execution across Europe.
