Senior Public Sector Service Designer (GDS & UX)

IBM FutureNow is seeking an experienced Senior Service Designer to lead the design and continuous improvement of complex, user-centred public sector services. You will work across multidisciplinary teams to understand user needs, policy intent and operational realities, translating these into end-to-end services that meet GOV.UK standards.

You will mentor teams, apply GDS principles, facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders, and help move from product-level thinking to the whole service
