Mental Health Practitioner (Schools) – 32hrs/wk, Community

Manchester Mind is recruiting a Mental Health Practitioner (Schools) to develop a service for young people in secondary schools and the community. You will join a team fostering relationships with young people, staff and partners to improve mental health outcomes across Manchester.

The post requires a graduate-level qualification in Social Work, Counselling or Youth & Community Work, with at least two years’ experience supporting 11-18-year-olds and delivering psycho-social care.
