A small design focused central London architectural studio is looking for a skilled part ii, or just recently qualified Architect to join their growing design team. Specialising in design focused quality UK residential, retrofits and mixed-use projects, the practice emphasises thoughtful design, materiality, and context. This is a key role to strengthen project delivery as the practice expands.

Role Overview

• Work on day-to-day project management under senior guidance
• Support on projects across RIBA Stages 0-4
• Produce high-quality design, planning, and construction documentation
• Coordinate consultants and liaise with clients/contractors
• Assist projects to be delivered on time and to a high standard

About You

• Part II Architectural Assistant with 2-3 years post-part iii qualification, or recently qualified ARB Architect
• Experience in a design-focused architectural studio
• Strong technical knowledge and construction understanding
• Design literate, with a portfolio showcasing well-resolved, thoughtful work
• Comfortable working independently and within a small collaborative team
• Clear communicator with clients, consultants, and contractors

Software & BIM

Proficient in Revit and Sketchup (required), with experience in 3D rendering tools a bonus – the company uses V-ray, but could be Enscape or Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
