Gardener & Grounds Maintenance – Care Home Team

HC-One is seeking a Gardener to maintain and present the care home gardens to a high standard. You will perform planting, grass-cutting, pruning, watering and weed removal, while keeping pathways tidy and assisting with fencing maintenance.

You will also operate gardening machinery, attend safety training and work with the estates team across multiple homes. A full driving licence and company vehicle are provided.
