Prison Visits Family Support Specialist

Pact in Bristol is seeking a Family Support Worker (Visits Centre Assistant) to help families visiting their loved ones in prison. You will be based in the visitor centre and contribute to making visits positive and less stressful.

Based in the visitor centre, you’ll create a welcoming environment, offer information and guidance, and organise activities for children while ensuring refreshments are available. This role supports safeguarding and works with partner agencies.
